I had to exchange my order because I somehow picked the wrong size, which felt like the website was testing me a little. Koulb got back to me quick though, and the whole process was surprisingly straightforward. Sent the item back, waited a bit, and the new one showed up without any weird delays or mysterious “processing” limbo. I was fully prepared for some customer service maze, but nope, it actually went fine. Kind of suspicious how easy it was, but in a good way. Overall, solid experience.

I kept checking the tracking and trying to figure out the pattern of when it updated, but it was inconsistent and seemed to lag behind. For a while I wasn’t sure where the package actually was. It did show up eventually, so everything worked out, but the tracking part was a bit confusing.

The box showed up sturdy overall, so credit where it’s due. There was a little dent on it though, why does every package have to look like it went through a minor wrestling match? Thankfully, everything inside was fine, so I’m not too mad about it. Overall, good packaging.

It kind of felt like they wanted the discounts to look better than they actually were just to get you interested. Not a total disaster, but definitely frustrating...
